It's not my list. It's JLL

JLL is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and it is the second-largest public brokerage firm in the world .[6][7] The company has more than 90,000 employees in 80 countries, as of 2019.[8]

Pls shut it and cease the lie.new Cairo capital is 45km east of Cairo- it’s still with the city limit not outside of Cairo . So yeah Cairo is a mega construction site that’s doesn’t need validation from ur crappy list.

That is exactly how you sound.
Ghana has two SWFs. Kenya has one. Ghana Heritage with 0.5B dollars total assets. Ghana Petroleum Fund - which is now nearly empty.
Kenya has one SWF - Kenya Petroleum Fund - that started operation this year - and is helping stabilize our diesel prices as we speak.
Now those are facts.

Can you confirm these units will have toilets? As I posted before most homes in Accra are built without toilets, unbelievable as it may be to us.

When nature calls, there's a problem in parts of Ghana
Majestic cloth, gold, welcoming people, rainforests and a cool Atlantic breeze: Ghana is steeped in culture and natural beauty. But a flush toilet is hard to find, and the media are helping to potty train the government.

In Accra New Town, in the heart of Ghana's capital, most houses are built without toilet facilities.

"In reality, every house is supposed to have a toilet. But you know our people and how they build their houses — they don't locate any toilets. When nature calls, there is no place,” Bernice Ofei, a resident, told DW.
IN FACT!?

You are here
Home » No sanitation facilities in 91% of homes in Accra.
No sanitation facilities in 91% of homes in Accra.
Ninety-one per cent of all dwellings in the national capital Accra are without private places of convenience,
according to the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA). Publised by the Daily Graphic, a local Newspaper in Ghana.

You can imagine building such units with cesspool/soakpits. You will need a honeysucker every day - because it will fill up. Not economical. They need to build a modern sewage system. I had a friend in Mavoko with such units...he used to spent nearly half the rent...monthly on emptying the cesspool.

You are the idiott here. Follow what people are saying before you jump in with your wide mouth.
Your brother said Kenya has got several dollar billionaires. We checked and found Kenya has zero.
So why are you in pains? huh
Effort should be put in eradicating the 89 million souls suffering in poverty in Nigeria. Dollar billionaires should be the last of your worries.

They have nothing. Just remaining 0.5B. The rest have been withdrawn to pay for debt.

Assets in management in Nigeria has got nothing to do with tiny Ghana. Tiny countries and people should only speak when addressed!

Precisely. Their insurance sector is as small as South Sudan, so is their pension, their mutual funds, their unit trusts, their banking sector, their micro-finances, their cooperatives, their pension, private equities, public equities, stock exchange name it

Another excuse

He's talking about real wealth and you are mentioning gold, oil and minerals which are national assets?
So according to this slowpoke, gold oil and minerals are not real wealth? This would make Ghana poorer than South Sudan in economic output!

We are talking about wealth per capital, which means, per person..

That has nothing to do with mineral and everything to do with individual economic activity

Tuition can only compliment a great education, not the other way around. If your minerals is not your wealth, give it away for free.

Can u tell me why Nairobi made that short list of city dynamism but no single city out of Egypt made that list. Or is the visible spontaneous change going on across Egypt not counted as DYNAMISM.
Egypt like Nigeria is under a military dictatorship. You don't expect any dynamism or progress from backward societies.
