No local government chairman in the history of Nigeria have ever stolen $169 million. There is actually not that much money to steal in local governments.

No you dont understand, I wont get any thing 0/10. You need to have a clear understanding before you conclude.
Here is what we dont know, Yes the US has been taking a lot of money from Afghan people. I can agree , but i dont think Peace keeping and keeping a place in order is supposed to be free. It should come for a price.
