When I saw your first post on the thread I went through your previous posts and I understand where you're coming from.
However, since the item isn't available for immediate pickup, you can perhaps arrange for the proposed buyer to inspect and pay a deposit prior to the pickup date. That way both parties are sure they aren't being scammed.
