I'd recommend the note 10 it's nice, but when you go to the store ask to see both phones , go through both and then you'd decide.

How much is your budget? I think the camon 17 offers a better storage

good choice brother. note 10 has really nice cameras for an infinix phone. and yeah, the helio chip works pretty fast while multitasking...
