And If they want transfer, simply arrest the executive management of the banks and tell them to provide the account details that received the ransom and put an alert out to all security and military personnel and tell the bankers to raise an alarm whenever anybody tries to access that account

In the East and Niger Delta, kidnappers are summarily executed either by the police or angry mob when caught. This has sort of reduced the incidence of kidnapping in those places. Anyone who wants to go into kidnapping their already knows that it is a one way ticket to hell if caught. Our Northern brothers pamper them, they don't even call them kidnappers which gives a clear description of who they are, they call them bandits and generally seen as people who have one form of genuine agitation and greviance against the system, whereas nobody owes them anything. I wonder the calamity that will befall the North when Buhari finishes his tenure and a Southern leader who understands their gimmick takes over and leave them to their devices.
