I understood your question and also saw the agenda behind it, I could allow you reveal your agenda but I chose to fork another route cause we both know that football has evolved and players of past wouldn't thrive today, the quality of the game has improved, In the past nearly every major team had top players that could be considered world class, today such players are rear cause the barriers that you have to cross to be considered such is much higher than simply playing for a big club. there is also so much money and brand potential at stake, jorginho deserves the award based on a measure of his accomplishment and abilities but if it's strictly based on abilities that is a different conversation, rest with your agenda in jesus name
