I actually thought of drinks but the cost of renting a store or shop is more than the capital, and where we stay is around the mushin market, even the streets are filled with people selling

There's nothing like market saturation.
That same thing everyone is selling, go and sell it too. It is because there are customers that there are lots of people going into the business. You too, go and collect your share of the profits.

I know drinks will go well at Mushin. People from my side always go to mushin to buy.
Beside any where you put drinks in Lagos you sell it, there's always demand for it.

It a rented apartment and there are shops already there, the house has shops attached to it, infact close to the entrance people sell market there
