The way some guys undermine 2012 UCl is because many did not get except Chelsea do win it, compared to 2008, but that doesn't undermine the fighting spirit the boy had to win it.

Atletico Madrid almost beat Real Madrid to win 2014 UCL they were unlucky. Defense is a tactic if used well can also produce trophies.

No Chelsea player has ever been given a prestigious award as a continent or world best player before.

Infact only Lampard made the Balon d'or top 3 once in 2005.
Hazard everyone thought had the potential to take bring such prestigious award turned out to prefer cheese burger and pizza at Madrid.

If Cannavaro, Van dijk and Modric and to a lesser extent Iniesta deserve UEFA award, Balon d'or top three and FIFA award, then why not Jorginho

2012 Ucl win was more of a luck than tactics.
2021 is more of tactics than luck.
2021 squad depth is also way more better than 2012 (emphasis on squad depth)

Nothing like "half his fans". It is a minority. An inconsequential minority. No player is ever loved 100 percent by the fans. Eg, go to barcas thread last season and see some of them complaining about Messi, saying their football was now entirely about Messi and wishing he left for their tiki taka to continue. Some even hated that the entire club bowed to Messi.
No matter how good or bad a player is, some fans will always fault and hate some of their players.
Havertz has his doubters,rudiger has his doubters,mount has his doubters,likewise kovacic, likewise Silva, Christensen, chillwell, azpi, pulisic etc.
Every single player have a section of fans unsatisfied with aspects of them and keep wishing for ultimate perfection. It is down to the wise ones to acknowledge and celebrate when any of the players have certainly improved tremendously.
You can not rubbish a reputable international award because a player you don't like has won it. You are no better than reputable footballers, journalists and panel of judges that award this.
Celebrate your own.
