I Always loved Jorginho. I think he understand the fundamentals of space and football but never did I imagine him being the very first from Chelsea to win the European Player of the Year.

Not the best physically but works his ass off always. Never complains, EVEN when booed by his own fans for whatever reason. A true professional.

Not surprised by Ibime and popizaino, all used to the English football style who think that players that sit back should be tall, strong and tackle hard - the good old English way, if you are not ticking those boxes, you will get critiqued every now and then when you make a mistake - It'll be blown up. What was obvious to me was Verratti had his role altered and dropped because of Jorginho. Not a coincidence, he's the first name in both Chelsea and Italian midfields. He’s extremely integral to the way Chelsea and Italy move the ball. With the insane minutes he's had in the last year, he's been top class
