So Nigeria is now 34 states instead of 36.

Chai! See wetin Baba cause.
Kai! The English Language cannot be so difficult to understand! What was written there is, "Lagos State, one of the 34 States in Nigeria selected for the cash transfer programme of the Federal Government". Don't tell me that you cannot understand what that means!

If you are in Lagos and you have your residential permit card.....then go to your local government and visit the budget office to register for this scheme/initiative.....it's real though the money is small...hopefully they'll review it for an increase.

EKO for SHOW.....would've been better if there wasn't political god father factor. Do you mean LASRA ! By residential permit?

Dou know.....?

1 hour in space equal to 7 years on Earth.

N

You need aviation permits to launch your own aircraft/spacecraft in most countries, but that's about it. It's illegal to launch a rocket from the Earth into space without government approval, because it's considered a safety hazard for airplanes
1hr in space equalling 7yrs on earth is quite wrong. I love what you're doing and I took my time to go through your comments and I must say I've learned a thing or two but this one is wrong. What determines your time relative to a position is your speed. If you're moving at the speed of light, relative to the earth, then your time stops ticking! the faster you move, the slower time ticks for you and you have to be on an extremely fast planet experience something close to what you said above, like a planet revolving around a blackhole.
