Guy I'm talking about Osun, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti, Kwara. Even Lagos with Well drawn water.

A person from Enugu doesn't even know how to draw water from well like a person from Lagos.

They even have Wells close to gutters and sewage in yorubaland.

Picture below says it all. When rain falls, that gutter is filled up. And that's the water they drink.

You are right only Enugu is the exception. You can't dig borehole in Enugu, they don't have underground water in Enugu.
