It doesn't necessarily mean that, after all Pere knows Whitemoney is strong and refused to nominate him in order to stand a chance of survival if he's up. Do you know whether she nominated him because She isn't necessarily close to him or other reasons?

It's about 59% votes left to share between Cross and Queen.

Queen had to have gotten at least 15% to kick out Pere. So, let's say she got 19%, Cross with 40%
