Festac is a town developed by FG and other tribes largely Igbos, Anambra is evolving into a city state, Anambra is second most densely populated state after Lagos, Awka is just one out of other densely populated areas in Anambra state, can we say the same to your state of Origin huh

OP you're just showing some selected structure mostly owned by private individuals to glorify a failed state capital.
Go through Awka and you'll find a lot of bad roads. The road through temp site leading to Okpuno, the almighty Ifite road etc.
I think the only good road in Awka for now is Commissioner quarters road. Not even all.

Not to mention refuse dumps that litter the road and even cut it half.

The capital could do with a better Governor and not a...
