If you are buying in bulk, it's better you use Nigerian shippers in China. They buy the items for you and ship and clear them. You will only be notified to pick your items in their office.

I used to order and my collection point is UI post office.
These days, covid delays delivery.

If the item is not banned on aliexpress you won't have a problem with customs.
Delivering as scheduled? Not in this present Nigeria. It gets to Nigeria from China in 2-3 weeks, then takes 2 months for customs/post office to release it for you.

If you are even a regular in the post office and you don't always drop something for them, they may not attend to your item.

I have bought several items from Ali-express, delivery time is between 2 weeks and 3 months depending on store and type of shipping selected. Here in Lagos the post office will charge you handling charges at around 1500 per kg. Recently ali express have recently started delivering directly to me by-passing nipost/ems, so no payment of handling charges for such items.
No issues with customs for small items, don't know for larger heavier items.

Bulk items are better with consolidation if you don't want to take a container by yourself. But shipment could take more than 4months to arrive.
What I know about shipping light weight items is that the cost of shipping makes them expensive. For most items that people order and ship by air freight, they are people in the local markets who have already shipped them in containers and have those items in their store, and are willing to sell less than the total cost of of doing Ali Express and the subsequent cost.

However, based on my experience on the location of your site, the septic tank and soak away (Cesspool) is going to be reinforced concrete throughout. If that should be the case, then I can give you the cement and reinforcements quantities since that seems to be your concern.
