Networks in Nigeria give gifts during festive seasons. But MTN gave us d most silly gift ever. Deduction of our account balance. I had 750 naira on my phone last night. Now, it 0.33 naira. All MTN does is to find ways to piss people off.... What is the NCC doing about things like this for goodness sake? 1 Like |

I experience similar thing as I loaded 400 yesternight...without making any call..I checked my balance it showed 0 balance...egbawa o. |

Can't really remember the air time i left on my phone but is less than 3 naira i guess...so i never suspect anything when i saw 0.33k on my phone.. 1 Like |

I guess its a glitch in their network.They berra refund my credit with alacrity.Useless people |

What is the NCC doing about things like this for goodness sake?lol! they left 33k for u sef; Bought N1500 yesterday morning, made one MTN to MTN call (for less than a minute) only all day; noticed that the BIS wasnt working well yesterday night. I tried making a call, got disconected, only to check my balance and see 0.00. Their customer service lines aren't going through. angry |
