I often wonder why many folks in Nigeria have no brain to start up something of their own, instead want to use other people reputation as their own foundation, Grow some balls start from 0 and head to the top, I have had many calling from Lagos about auto fix and unfortunately I can't be in two place at a time, Trying to bear my company name without authorization & license is not only infringement but fraudulent. I came across this Mr Cool Auto in Lagos on Google after one of my account was removed, I will sue this culprit for infringement cos I can't be held responsible or take a fall for another persons misconduct, I don't know what you guys might think, but take it or leave it, I have a good reputation and a legacy prior auto fix, most of you who haven't hard a personal encounter with me prior to resolving your car issues will never understood, I did remember Gazuzz recommending a customer to me prior to fixing a Toyota Corolla ac issue against all Nigerian mechanic perception of variable displacement compressor conversion, which I successfully fixed it's clocking 2 years now without issue, I don't know Gazuzz I not do I know the customer, I am not overating myself or my service, Remove your envy and jealousy visit my youtube page, be neutral I don't say subscribe to my channel I don't need your support, I am good with the western folks, just see for yourself I am not your backyard type of mechanic, technically speaking I am an auto Technician and consultant not just a mechanic. And for most of you are reading this, there is no Mr Cool Auto or Dr Cool auto in lagos, Transact at your own risk, This is more like people going to China to produce Mercedes parts thinking the quality will be the same. I think most of you getting here are running to attack me, but on the other hand you are the risk, 3 attributes that is associated with Mr Cool Auto Fix are they are 1, we are a bit pricey 2 we get the problem solved, 3 we give money back guarantee the coward or vagabond that intend to run Mr Cool Auto in Lagos will definitely charge high to make people believe it's the real Mr Cool Auto Fix, but you will know it's a scam after the result is not achived or long lasting, then no warranty or money back, my pain here is ruining my own reputation that I have worked hard for. As for this moment greetings to our old customers and new ones are welcome. There is no Mr Cool Auto Fix in any part of nigeria aside Abuja any other one is counterfeit, transact at your own risk

Eldemmi: Of course they know me, they know what I do, they have researched and see the traffic behind that my brand name, they knows what I stood for, and since they are incompetent to start off on their own, and don't seem to see themselves deemed fit to earn peoples trust from taking on multiple auto hectic jobs and ace them without flaws, so finding existing structure with such foundation will be a soft spot to bypass starting off from scratch. Will you just calm the fúck down  Let's agree that name is registered to you, it'll be foolhardy on your part to go into legal battle with that guy because of the unnecessary expense involved to get a decent lawyer who'll have to be paid at every Court appearance which can be adjourned uncountable times. All this stress for a non issue. The other man is not claiming to be you or affiliated to you in any way, you can't even prove beyond reasonable doubt that he got that name concept from you because they're all generic words used there. Instead of engaging a lawyer to fight the adverse party using the brand name, I suggest that you use the money to trademark the name. Hence, it moves from "the" brand name to "your" brand name. |
