CJN To Quiz Six Chief Judges Over Conflicting Ex-Parte Orders by Parizz(op): 2:38pm On Sep 05, 2021
Anxiety and apprehension have gripped the judiciary in seven states as the Chief Justice of Nigeria and Chairman, National Judicial Council (CJN), Hon. Dr. Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad, is set to quiz them on Monday over conflicting court orders.

Already, the CJN has demanded the records of proceedings in all the suits from which conflicting ex parte orders emanated.

The chief judges of Rivers, Kebbi, Cross Rivers, Anambra, Jigawa and Imo states will be quizzed on the controversial conflicting orders delivered in their various states.

There are indications that the Chief Judge, Delta State High Court, has also been invited to join the other six chief judges to meet with the CJN on Monday.

DAILY POST gathered that the unprecedented move is to reset the anti-corruption efforts of the Tanko leadership and entrench a new culture of accountability in the judicial system.

Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad is also likely to meet with the leadership of the Nigerian Bar Association in the course of the week over the matter.

Now na morning. When Wike was busy buying SUVs worth over 35million for each judge in Rivers state, we shouted you people said opposition bad belle.

Wike upped his game and built duplexes well furnished worth over 80million for each judges in same Rivers State, we shouted again that the consequence of this will destroy judiciary.

You can all see why DSS carried out a sting operation on judges back then in Rivers state that the said judges had to call Wike to stop the operation.

Rivers judges are the most corrupt that any type of experte order, interim and interlocutory injunctions Wike has the format and template copy in his residency all he does is put date and give to any judge to sign while his SA on media announces it.

Have you wondered why all court injunctions against Rivers APC since 2018 is always announced by Wike's media aid, it forms part of his press releases, even the Degema high court in Rivers state injunction stopping Uche Secondus as PDP national chairman was also announced by the same Wike's media aid one Ebiri.
