Told him since I hadn't used the phone for a month, he can deduct 30k from the 180k I paid him.
Gimme 150k lemme return the phone and bear my loss.
That was where story changed to 'business isn't done that way'.

If you are going to buy phone from him, I hope you do so with utmost diligence.
Preferably, don't buy from him because he's a cheat.

And I don't believe someone can rough handle a phone in the space of 2 days.

Yeah, you can't satisfy everyone but one thing keep telling peeps is "A customer is always a customer" and they deserve some respect.
I wanted to buy the said phone from him for 150k but I thank my Star I didn't fall for it.
Meanwhile, if I had bought a faulty phone from Jeff, I wouldn't take it easy with him.. I will definitely beat the shitt outta him

Mr Man don't be evil and satanic. He has been supplying my company brand new phones for close to 6 years, and when issues come up, he does the needful. I am pretty sure you must have damaged the phone or scratched it before returning it, so don't come online to spoil someone's business. Before I started patronising him I conducted due diligence and he is one of the very few merchants I can personally vouch for on Nairaland. Sort your issues out with him instead instead of coming to spoil someone's hustle

Stop trying to tarnish someone's image. When you google search Psalmz, 95% of the reviews are positive. It is only enemies of progress like you that occasionally pop up to complain.
