yeah bro you are right I once bought a phone from jumia let realized the battery is not strong I had to returned it and I was refunded my back with apologises just only took a month before they refunded it.op nah calm guy because I can't buy a phone with such a huge money and you are expecting me to be managing such phone .no one can't misused a phone of two days because when you firstly buy a new phone you always use it with care abi the op na bricklayer so bro find a way to settle this because customer satisfaction is best little things count

Personally from reading both writeups from the OP and response from the phone seller, I feel something isn't coming out right(seller's responses is coming off as being defensive). That amount on a phone at this present moment isn't some change and I believe if seller had handled this issue professionally it won't escalate to this level, cos its funny how a new phone will start giving off issues within 2days, its also funny how we somehow ignoring chat evidence (screenshot) from the buyer and nothing from the seller except defensive words which to me isn't concrete evidence enough to disregards all of OP's claims.
In all seller should come to a logical conclusion on resolving this cos one bad review goes a long way if not managed properly.
