i told my sales girl to make a video of the phone and send it to me since I was not ok seat,his complain was the phones battery does not last more than 7 hours ,he said the phone was opened at a corner of the phone which was not true,so I asked my girl to inspect it which she did a video to send to me stating she did nor see anything wrong with the phone and also there was no place open on the phone,cos the major reason for me telling him to come was to see what his complaint was all about,which till the last time he came I found non except when he got angry on the price I gave him to upgrade to a bigger phone

Please Psalmz, resolve this thing with the OP. E no suppose reach this stage at all. You have a reputation to protect and you are a big brand here. The way you handle this will determine what potential customers are to expect when they consider you. In all, the OP returned the phone after 2 days but you were never around to meet him (I understand you must have been very busy), so he is right when he said he returned the phone after 2 days. Just find a way to resolve this, even if it comes at a loss, potential customers will know you have their interest at heart.
