Inscriptions on the back are for devices made for the European Market. They're required to have CE on the back, same with iphones while the ones made for American market don't have those inscriptions. Most phones brought into the country are from America hence that!

That's a brand new Samsung S10+ with no inscriptions because its from America and not Europe

I am pretty sure you must have damaged the phone or scratched it before returning it, so don't come online to spoil someone's business. The S10+ was released in early 2019. More than two years ago. It's extremely unlikely for anyone to still have a brand new copy in their store.

99.9999% of any 'new' Galaxy S10 on the market are used.

i told my sales girl to make a video of the phone and send it to me since I was not ok seat,his complain was the phones battery does not last more than 7 hours ,he said the phone was opened at a corner of the phone which was not true,so I asked my girl to inspect it which she did a video to send to me stating she did nor see anything wrong with the phone and also there was no place open on the phone,cos the major reason for me telling him to come was to see what his complaint was all about,which till the last time he came I found non except when he got angry on the price I gave him to upgrade to a bigger phone
