I received money from my South African friend through my Skrill account 4 months ago.Since then I have been trying to upgrade my account as requested using my ID.I submitted my Nigerian national ID (the NIMC) but it was rejected on the basis that it's not recognized.Please anyone with such experience? I don't have voters card but I have the paper driving license

@OP consider this temporary option.
In another news if you have access to Internet + browsing gadgets and you ain't earning via your online activities in this times of economic crisis in Nigeria then you are very unwise.
