Smart HDR from the XR to the 12 series reduced the orange skin tone looks. They may still appear orange because of true tone, unless you transport it to another device or a lappy, then you'd see the true look. iPhone cam from XR does very well. XR portraits are nonsense sha

Compare it with portraits from the X and see the difference. XR portraits are like portraits from most Android phones because of lack of that telephoto lens
