This happened on Saturday 11th of September 2021. Imo State Environmental Transformation Commission (Imo ENTRACO) on Saturday caused a havoc along PH road (concord junction). The team in their usual sienna car pursued a truck loaded with beer from control post down to Portharcourt road.
