This happened on Saturday 11th of September 2021. Imo State Environmental Transformation Commission (Imo ENTRACO) on Saturday caused a havoc along PH road (concord junction). The team in their usual sienna car pursued a truck loaded with beer from control post down to Portharcourt road. It is at this point that they threw a stone to the truck which made it swerve and turned upside down thereby hitting another moving vehicle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6w4FhYxNE4
