Hello dayo, sort about your experience with your Tailor, I can assure you there are good tailors out there dedicated to delivering the best service ethics to their customers,

my mum has been a seasoned fashion designer for over 30 years and never for once have I seen her disappointed any of her customers, sometimes we help her at home when she's has a load of work to do but one thing she will never ever do is to accumulate another job over the one she is doing because of money,

most tailors do this out of greed and also tailors don't get paid well for their service, so collecting more cloth at the expense of other pending clothes helps clear the bill, some use this money to fend for their families and so many things.....

So sorry about how you feel and you should find a better tailor who is truthful and gives you value for your money

Dear Tailors,

No time for pleasantries, I am perplexed.... Omo I dey vex!
One quick question, during the time of your internship or training, did your master/oga also include in the curriculum "How craft the perfect lie to make your client wait longer" or "How to collect materials and abandon them till the dying minutes". Because I don't understand how you guys will collect cloth and advance money when you still have other pending jobs to do and then proceed to abandon the new job somewhere in man's land where you can never it untill you are packing out of the shop.

My beautiful material I bought and the design I painstakingly choose just to wear and impress my girlfriend's family has all gone to waste.

Your fellow colleague, the upcoming Lai Mohammed has been posting me since forever, now the D-Day for the occasion I am going to wear Ankara of 2001 that has faded more than Buhari's memory.

How do you people sleep at night? Do you have an "anti-curse" protection device? What gives you people the boldness to lie just like that as if it is breathing to you.

Well let me stop here for now, but before I go, E NO GO BETTER FOR UNA!

My dear I vowed never to disappoint any customer but today...I am a good story packager. I am not proud of it but I still wish I can upgrade sooner so there will be division of labor. Mush hands will enhance speedy delivery

When you read the book of Rosemary carefully from chapter 5 vs 8-23 . You will know that initially Devil the Lucifer was a tailor before becoming a rebel.

I understand your pain.
Bought sewing machine out of frustration straight from my tailor's place to market.

Wanted to teach myself how to sew
Was doing well until needle rammed into my nail.
End of sewing.

Machine pack for house.

Life continues.
Took one trouser to a tailor where I live to just cut.
It happened that the price to cut is higher than what I paid for the trouser so I bought another machine
This time electric. It's more than eight months now and I'm yet to read the manual grin

Tailors are necessary evil cheesy

There are things you learn with passion. Tailoring is one.
I admire them though they can frustrate you.

Re: Dear Tailors: A Frustrated Customer by Ishilove: 9:25pm On Sep 11, 2021
Some tailors don't deserve to be called 'tailors'. They are carpenters with a sewing machine. The only cloth my carpenter has sewed well is the one she rushed. I had a function on Saturday but I brought the cloth to her on Friday evening. She rushed the sewing on Saturday morning and I changed right there in her shop. The dress was lovely.

However, since then, all the clothes I have taken to her all have comma and K-leg.

You too stop joking or playing with your fashion designers.

Always be stern when giving them work.

But, i have once had the same experience before, that stupid guy really frustrated my life.

Since then i didn't go back to him again.

But, with my new tailors, i don't get familiarise with them

I will give the materials and be stern with them that I'm collecting it on this day and i will be calling them before the day self and request for my sewed material, they will be like, but we both discussed this particular day na...

Then, i will be like okay ...

So. Since then, i don't experience any disappointment from any tailor again.
