You must know that you may never know someone thoroughly enough until you spend an extended period of time with them.

We watch these people on our screens while the HMs actually feel their energy by being physically with them.

It is not enough to hear someone talk and claim you know them. You have to feel their emotional temperature, their aura, the energy they exude and the effect of their actions and inactions on the people around them.
