Good evening, I made a payment of #116,500 (one hundred and sixteen thousand,five hundred naira) to Obinna which I believe is also known as (his username on nairaland) for an iPhone x which he told me I going to arrive within three days. After making the payment to him,he stopped replying my texts after two days. I've been texting him for almost three weeks now and he'll just read and ignore my texts. He replies quickly whenever I text him with another number,he stops replying whenever he notices that I'm the one using the other number. I even told him to refund at least 100k out of the amount and he refused. As at this moment,he still ignores my messages and has made no effort whatsoever to refund my money after a period of three weeks.
