Check the cage. The ticks are inside the cage roof, waiting for the dogs to come back in after you've removed the ones on their bodies.
Spray the cage with insecticide and wash it before using tick spray on the dogs. But make sure you hand pick the big ones cuz they always survive tick spray.

Hope it will not affect my dogs pregnancy
