osscarr:Buhari?, Buhari is not a dictator jor. Ever heard of Mengistu Hailey Mariam the Communist president of Ethiopia?. Or Idi Amin Dada of Uganda, Kamuzu Banda of Malawi, Gnasingbe Eyadema of Togo and Mobutu Sese Seko of Zaire, the modern day Congo DRC?.
