A reputable organization in the hospitality sector seek to recruit a Hotel Manager who would be responsible for managing employees, planning, marketing , coordinating and administering hotel services such as catering and accommodation facilities.

Job Description
* Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
* Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
* Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
* Develops personal growth opportunities.
* Exercising leadership of the team
* Must also be in charge of setting these goals and tracking progress toward them.
* Manager must ensure employees have a safe work environment at all times.

Job Requirement
* HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
* Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge of other languages is a big plus
* Understanding of all hotel management
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* 1-3 years of experience with management software
* Excellent customer service skills
* Great decision making and problems solving skills
* Good leadership skills
* Ability to motivate staff
