If am not mistaken i saw one of ur post where u lamented abt u wish u had used gerald roofing for ur house.. pls sir wats ur observation abt d 2 types of roofing sheets... and how many years dos it takes for steptiles roofing sheets to fade etc compared to d stone coated type. Cos d rate at which i see lots of stone coated roof fading or rusting is alarming.... thanks

My lamentation is strictly based on the installation and looks. I’ve never seen a well installed longspan roof but I hardly see a badly installed stone coated roof.

Maybe Oga @Money121 can help out on the durability. My roof is less than 3 years old so I’m not the best to speak about longevity.

But most factories and farmers choose to go to Ogun state, some places as far as 3 hours drive to Lagos.
Lands there cost 300k to 500k per acre.
