Lands in epe axis for agriculture cost between 1.5m or so per acre.
This is around at Augustine university.
But most factories and farmers choose to go to Ogun state, some places as far as 3 hours drive to Lagos.
Lands there cost 300k to 500k per acre.

Pls I will will to ask why people take that decision
Knowing fully well that cost of transportation to Lagos will tell

There are places you can get agricultural land for as low as 100k per acre.
But na inside bush

If your wall is built properly & Plastered well, no issues.

Screeding corrects rough wall & make Paints come out well.

7k is per meter not per carton , 4pcs is in a carton which is 1.44m² so 2pcs and half make 1m² so the 1m² is 7k if you want to buy carton you have to times 7000 by 1.44 that is carton price for spanish 60x60 porcelain

Concerning d payment for d cement... how do u want me to go abt it so dat wen am ready for collection i wont be hearing story that touches... cos our people can be wicked. Am needing 70 bags of cement by December... pls advice.. plus i don't no d seller I only but like 23 bags from him around April this year.

Well, I have not used machine before. I had only used hand moulders and I monitored the mixing. As for the hand moulder, you don't have to over pay him just for him to give you a good job.

The secret is in the mixing and compacting. The blocks I moulded since 2017 which are still in the site unpacked are still intact with no signs of having been touched by rain.

Sometimes Incentives motivates people to do a better job & get better results. ✓
