There is this thing I love about buildings in South Africa. Most times they don't go for high rise, they go for width and they can now pay more attention to the design of the buildings and the surroundings.
I think it's cuz they have the land mass in their cities . Land most be very cheap over there.

Look at the report you keep parroting here - it's talking the value of construction firms. Not the value of construction industry. It's value of home-grown construction firms or companies involved in construction.

That is okay - Nigeria can keep their corrupt contractors - we in Kenya for 20yrs now have embraced Chinese construction firms - for they deliver in time, quality and value.
