Most of these people commenting are very ignorant. They're neither here to shop, buy or sell.
There's the gossip section but I wonder why.. Anyway, I get it. People like to look at cars. And even that is supposed to be done with the eyes only.

A picture of the VIN (which can be requested instead of all these uncivilized conclusions) stops all these debates.
If a manufacturer labels a car a certain model year, that's the model year of the car.

Besides markets vary. Product designs that end in a certain year in certain markets are carried on even 5 years after in other markets.

I can very well confirm that this bank type Corolla is 2006 model. I once had it. It is even stronger than the other shape, ie the American / Canadian spec.

You obviously havent bought a tyre before let alone car. Corolla bank type sold for 800k 2 years ago? You wouldn't even see 2001 pencil Camry for that price 2 years ago.

This car is just a lil less than the normal corolla you see around.
