Our team is bad, yes. But it can be salvaged definitely. What is killing the team more is the outside noise. Financial instability. Administrative turmoils. The club is always on the news for wrong reasons. It is not helping the squad. The players are human beings too and they read the news. I don't know how the coach can insulate the team from all these noise and let them focus on getting better and delivering.
