Let me explain further, in Ghanaian universities we have halls or residential areas for students and what you posted is just a hall(infact the main Hall excluding annex)... Imaging the size of all the 8 Traditional Halls and their annex? and the 4 Hostels? and also the Private hostels on campus..

Lecture halls, Hospital, Legon basic school, Sports facilities, Labs etc..... You guys are kids in University infrastructure

Let me help you with a clearer pic of the place you posted... It's called Commonwealth Hall popularly known as Vandal city. The City on the Hill... This is just a hall of residence meaning it's an accomodation place for students not lecture halls.. Mind you this picture doesn't capture 100% of the hall
