I don't know if u knew this but defence academies in Africa do something called foreign exchange. Students from Nigeria go to Kenya, Brazil etc while students from other countries including Kenya come to Nigeria to do a course.

Madcow with a 2yr old stunted brain - if I said Upperhill was 100m per accre - you'd say Accra is 300M smiley

Upper hill compete with Sandton - not shitty Ghana accra without even basic sewage - as Africa richest square Kilometer.

Do you 5m dollars per acre is like 1,250 per square meter in land alone - more expensive than most expensive cities in the world.

https://www.standardmedia.co.ke/business/real-estate/article/2001382305/where-an-acre-piece-of-land-goes-for-half-a-billion
Ksh 551.8 million
Upper Hill in Nairobi has been described as East Africa's richest square as an acre of land is selling at a huge sum of money Ksh 551.8 million. Upper Hill is currently the most expensive address to acquire land in the city.

Shitty Accra is not even worth - 50kms from Nairobi - Land in Nairobi metro lowest is 1M dollars!! - Land in Upperhill, Westlands and upper class nairobi - like 1/2 nairobi - minimum is 3 million dollars. You cant buy an acre...that is why places like Muthaiga such where single dweller sits on 2 acres plus are for SUPER RICH...land alone per unit is 5-6m dollars.

The average price of commercial land for sale in Accra is GH₵175,000 per acre. The most expensive commercial land costs GH₵250,000 per acre while the cheapest costs GH₵100,000 per acre

Tantrums from a brain dead kid

Accra does not compete with messy undeveloped places like Kenya with no electricity...

Lands in Accra Ridge, Airport city, Accra CBD, OSU and co sells for 15 million dollars .... That is not Kenyan territory
Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by rvp20182: 5:35pm On Sep 25, 2021
Quote one link showing land anywhere in Accra is even 500K usd smiley

There is reason why kenyans build vertical...why skyscrappers and tall buildings are built - coz land is so damn expensive - you can only buy at that price to building a 1000 units on an acre.

Land is damn expensive.

Who in your broke communist country ruled by traditional Kings afford even 1million dollars for land smiley

Kenya cant even be compared to Nigeria - how do we compare kenya with Ghana; Come on; Kenya is aiming for South Africa and Egypt - Algeria -maybe. We are on year from overtaking Morroco. Nigeria and Algeria economically are the same - I give Kenya 7yrs max before they overtake Algeria and Nigeria. The by 2030 - South Africa will be one sweating - and by 2035 - it will be Kenya versus Egypt.

15 million dollars for land in Accra, pls where exactly? grin it is not everything you will pull assumptions or number from thin air r to make it appear bigger and better than Kenya. You're not going to die if you agree that they are better than you in some aspect while you are better than them in other aspects. Know this and know peace.

Btw, it was either gallivant, mtis or Saddam who said Ethiopia might catch up with us and I said NO FKN WAY!? Their ethnic history being way to deep seated and complicated for any speedy reconciliation.
Forget the civil war for now. Seen the latest ? The US is imposing sanctions. Itself not a major move BUT a harbinger of VERY bad ISHYT.

If Meles Zenawi had been alive; yes; Ethiopia would definitely have overtaken Kenya. It's kinda like Rwanda; they have not built institution; If Kagame dies; they die; Like KaziKazi has been unable to get energy post Magufuli. Kenya is good because we are busy building institutions. Ghana and Zambia have very good institutions - the problem is they haven't re-configured their economy from communism and traditional institutions - to free market economy.

What is average land price of Accra central cbd,Cantonments, Labone and the Airport Residential.

Upper hill average is 5.5M dollars . This is okay because you can build as many floors as you can. The zone has no height restriction.

The most expensive in Nairobi is Gigiri-Muthaiga - You cannot build two storeys - you can only build one unit in 1-2 acres - and land there is nearly 3 million.

Only the super rich - old money - can afford land in Muthaiga. You cannot hear a musician or conman or who has gone to live in Muthaiga in Nairobi. Unless their parents own land there.

Just imagine buying that land - and you can only put a single house in it - and not any taller than those trees

Tbh, I dont know, but it's no brainer at all, if two different agent posted a 6 bedroom mansion for sale at Trassaco valley which is arguably one of the most expensive if not the most residential area in Ghana to be going for $2.5m, then we can conclude the prices of land at cantoment,Airport hills to be more or less the same or few hundreds above a million dollar.
