You have only posted two universities: - university of Ghana and the KNUST university.

I've posted an number of universities here, but your problem was each and every pic I posted, you compared it with that small ancient structure - which you believe it's grand .

Now we want to move on, post what you term as "second biggest university" in Ghana then I will retaliate with ours, I know KU is our second biggest after Uon but those are no-brainer they triumph over all unis in ghana.

Forget about the stats, your city alone is empty- no demand for land or is it because Ghanaians are poor to buy land? The few built up areas like airport CBD(the only CBD Accra has) will struggle to beat south C in Nairobi.

Give South C 3 yrs to beat Accra.

Per my checks on land prices(since last year) shows that lands in Nairobi are generally expensive than Lands in Accra..

And a lot of factors come to play.
--Most Ghanaians own lands so prices of land are a bit competitive here. Not many Kenyans own lands. Moreso you guys can't even build a hencoop.
--Accra has height restrictions Nairobi doesnt. So you can build to whichever height you wish in Nairobi which makes the price reasonable
--Though Nairobi lands are a bit expensive than Accra lands, plot sizes(acre) in Kenya are bigger than in Accra.
