Hello, please my sister lost her ATM card 2 days ago and they wiped out all the money in her account. She called the bank(Gtb) and was told the money was withdrawn via POS.
They have blocked the card but I still do not know how this was possible, as the robbers didn't have her pin and she said she didn't receive any otp.
Please who has been in this situation before and how did you solve it?
