I funded my account with $20 yesterday with the sole intent of compounding it in 60 days to $6k. Initially, I wanted to do it for 90 days and make it $100k but no, I don't want to put myself under pressure since I don't really trade full time now.


The idea is to grow the account slowly (10% gain)


The aim of this thread is to serve as a journal to monitor my progress and to help remain disciplined


I'll be posting pictures of trades I took and entry reasons for them for others to learn.


So I'll be aiming for my daily targets or weekly target. Once my daily or weekly targets are met, I am done for both that day and week.

I already took a trade yesterday and I just need $4 to meet this weeks target.

It's just normal price action strategy which I believe you know. I call it the box strategy though...

Took a trade today which didn't go well but rather took me out at break even... We try another day


Entry reason: break and retest plus 61.8% fib level

Entry time frame: 30M

Exit: entry

Missed my entry so I entered late; caught just a spike, waited for another quick spike but it did not so I exited. Target met.

If I had not missed my entry, I would have held till tp but I had to exit because the stop loss is large

Took an L today... Got into a trade without confirmations...

I took some trades from Sunday till now though not on my compounding acct.

Yes, though there are still strategic ways to buy crash and sell boom from higher timeframes without fear of spikes ...

But it's best to buy boom and sell crash
