I really love the federal government’s strategy: leave them, don’t do anything. Let them use their own hands to seriously destabilise their region, drive away every investor, kill their own women and children with their own hands, make their own region ungovernable.

Don't compare the South East and the North, they're different people. The North can encourage their own killings but the South East cannot encourage such hence the call for state of emergency to curb the unnecessary and incessant killings.
