Ethiopia militia is engaged in a civil war. Nigeria Militia cannot even beat cattle rustlers. South Africa is one confused mess - Mozambique had to run to Rwanda.

What a bunch of lies. The looting in SA stopped because the military was called in. There was absolutely no looting once the military hit the streets. Troops were later boosted only to cover areas with no military presence and not because they had failed.

In Mozambique the SA forces could only enter as part of the SADC mission, and as always it takes time for regional politics to reach consensus. The agreement with Rwanda was bilateral so it was quicker to sort out. Plus Mozambique resisted SADC intervention for the longest time and had to be arm-twisted.

You obviously know fuckall.... When did the SANDF fail in DRC? In fact thanks to SAAF and the FIB the biggest and most well armed rebel group in Africa was wiped from planet earth. Also how did the SANDF fail in Mozambique? There are currently 1500 SANDF soldiers in Moz decimating those rebels as we speak.
