Akpabio asked him to withdraw the accusations or be sued, David didn't withdraw, and Akpabio didn't sue.


The idea would not have been to sue but rather have the police or DSS lock him up and torture him like El Rufai did that Southern Kaduna guy and Ayade did the other but alas David is nowhere near Nigeria so the usual oppression style did not work.
