I drove through flood few weeks ago and since then my transmission is slipping out of gear, sometimes jerks when trying to change gear, delays before engaging and sometimes doesn't engage at all.

Why drive through water? Go and drain the fluid. Replace with original

I've done that twice already. Yet no improvement.

I flushed the transmission the next day after it stopped engaging the gears.

I've flushed twice since then.

Go and meet an experienced gear technician, he need to examine the body valve and the fibers..
