Africans were richer than Asians at that time, not "advanced". China, India and Japan etc. still had industries and internal political systems during foreign occupation also.

Asia-Pacific countries were settled civilisations just like Europe. We just lost wars to Europeans and came under their control. It was bound to happen that East Asia, India and Southeast Asia will again go up quite fast once Europe leaves since we all also were advanced innovative civilisations like European empires.

Africans meanwhile were tribal and nomads most of time.

All are bigger then Two rivers in size and that's Joburg alone not even Gauteng which would include Pretoria it would take Nairobi upwards of 15 years to catch up with Joburg that is if Joburg were to stagnate in development which is unlikely or if Nairobi experienced some sort of construction boom on the level of China's but both are unlikely so continue dreaming

A Mall is not about mall size. It has alot to do with the size of a mall and that's why you'll see two rivers ranks on top of them.

Hosting IAAF doesn't mean you can easily host Olympics. Both tournaments are not the same, one is bigger than the other.

I've lived in South Africa for 14 years I think I know what i'm talking about and in terms of size and amenties two rivers wouldn't even make it into the top 10 in South Africa there's no argument Nairobi doesn't compare to Joburg

Go and look at wealth and retail rankings Nigeria and Kenya are always switching positions year by year so it's not like you're miles ahead in any case

And Qatar likely bribed FIFA to be able to host the world cup in reality for the world cup bid in 2034 and 2038 if Nigeria plays it's cards right we should be able to host in fact for this 2022 world cup there was a bid for a joint hosting by Nigeria, Benin, Togo and Ghana and before you begin to cry America, Mexico and Canada are all hosting the 2026 world cup together and that is a wider distance then between Nigeria and Ghana
