Hi, there’s no need to be worried okay?! Thankfully you noticed on time..... I’ve experienced the same thing when I got a new pup before (it was actually the breeders fault)
It’s mainly caused by bot flies as a result of dirty humid environment. First of all Try to keep the pup in a good environment.
Keep it away from moist damp floor (I hope you understand that)

Then the next step, you can contact a vet there’s an injection they’ll administer or you can also try a simple home remedy that works 99% (contact me on WhatsApp for the home remedy if that’s what you like to go for)

I'm trying to understand why you would say words like this to someone you don't even know, you couldn't even give a solid answer.. And 100% sure you have no idea how or what causes myiasis. Its not hard to be nice to strangers
