By total number of data centers. Kenya is at position 4 after SA, Nigeria & Mauritius. Nigeria is up there because of their population. Mauritius & kenya are doing good.

Every city in the world is building something. Building one or two malls or one tall building is order of the day. What Nairobi is doing is massive. Entire neigherbhood like Kilimani, Westlands and Parklands is one massive construction site. I wont even count the rest of Nairobi...everywhere is massive construction.

That small "city" like Two Rivers/Enaki/Garden City - Nairobi has couple of those. Massive ones within metro like Tatu City - 5000 acres - Konza city - Ngelani city - within Nairobi Metro - Thika and Ruiru town - are soon going to acquire city status.

Get a map of Nairobi - and every street has paved road except very few in slums - and in nariobi national park. Yes in the metro - the paved roads becomes patchy like west africa cities.

Nairobi has risen the ranks from I dont know where to top 20 to 10 to 6 to now 4th most dynamic (read fastest) growing city - due to it's real estate and other dynamics - pulling both locals and internationals to the city.

Not a single African city has ever made to that JLL dynamic city index - top 20 of the world.

That tells you something - if you were deaf or blind to see the evidence from the videos.
