But when I see a video of Ruaka - I can tell you it's arguably been an area that has totally transformed in the shortest time

Stories like this - rise and rise of ruaka - land was 1,000usd few years ago - now it's 1M dollars per acre.

Black South African problem is cultural belief of emasculation under Apartheid.

They do not believe they can build or create anything. It's like the black americans. They have low self esteem that is disguised as aggression.

They system has destroyed them - made them belief right from school - that they are not good enough except in music and sports.
