Good morning doctors in this section, I am a type that always noticed everything about my well being (health) due to the environment I just found myself just of recent. Since Thursday I've noticed that my urine is pure in colour i.e just like pure water and I only drink water moderately. Yesterday I even make sure I drank just like 2 cups of water to see changes but still the pure white. I hope all is well |

Princeadebayo11:White colour means you are hydrated This is good but it should not be white always especially in the afternoon and later evening after some stress.If it has white colour light yellow in appearance it means the renal function is biochemically preserved.Dont worry yourself about the whiteness it means you are fully hydrated. 1 Like |

If your urine is pure like water on the toilet bowl, it simply means you are well hydrated. When your body is severely dehydrated, the colour changes to yellow to dark red abi orange. Keep up the good work drinking 3litres of water daily. Save your kidneys, stay on water and don't go damaging it with concocted agbo that you don't know the concentration of active ingredients in one glass. Stay safe and continue to stay hydrated.
