Have We Thrown Moral Rectitude To The Wind? by Gee64(op): 8:00am On Oct 10, 2021
Permit me to ask this question because recent happenings in the country are indicative of lack of respect for good moral conduct.

*The youths have turned thieves, and even take pride in their stock-in-trade which they tag, 'Yahoo'.

*Drug influenced criminal behaviour taking toll.

*Traders hiking the cost of essential commodities to enable them make outrageous gains.

*Government officials looting public treasury and trying to make such act look official.

*Banditary and kidnappers everywhere.

*Our leaders not yeilding to the demands of the masses.

*Religious leaders failing us.

*Generally, we create an atmosphere of indiscipline.

How do you think this situation can be reversed in the country please?

Through proper education, by telling the youths that Juju is not a thing and the only way to success is through hard work, a great economy and a cooperative society

Shouldn't these issues and question be directed at society and those you have in government instead? undecided

It is the people who have thrown out good conduct, so he is right to put the question to the people.

Though they would not answer him and never change to do the the Good Thing.

Who constitute the society?
Who constitute the government?

The people need to change their mindset if we must move forward.

The situation is global so all the countries in the world from now will continue to get worse.
Nigeria just happens to be a victim of the last days.
The only way is to plan less about the things in the world today and live a simple lifestyle. smiley
